We're across the street from Averett University, two blocks from the Sovah Hospital, four blocks from the Museum, five blocks from Ballou Park, nine blocks from the new Caesar's Resort, and ten blocks from the River District. Danville is also only an hour from the Blue Ridge Parkway where you'll find Mabry Mill, the Primland Resort, and Chateau Morrisett Winery.
Historic Danville is a city in transition. Hard hit by the collapse of the textile, furniture, and tobacco industries, many historic buildings and architectural treasures were lost in the economic downturn. We're among the many citizens who are working to restore Danville's fine streets and neighborhoods.
